By accessing or using our website at whalebone.shop ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or make purchases from us.

Products and Orders

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and finishes may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. As each stand is handcrafted, minor variations in wood grain, texture, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on your location. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Custom Orders

Products configured through our 3D stand builder are made to order. Custom orders cannot be modified once production has begun. Please review your configuration carefully before placing your order.

Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold. If your custom order arrives with a defect or quality issue, we will replace it free of charge under our lifetime guarantee.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases.

By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the total order amount to your payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information about shipping times, costs, and delivery policies.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, 3D models, photographs, and software, is the property of Whalebone Stands or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our express written permission.

"Whalebone" and our logo are trademarks of Whalebone Stands. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:
