Lifetime Guarantee

Every Whalebone stand is built to last. If yours ever develops a defect or quality issue — whether it's a crack, warping, finish problem, or anything else that shouldn't have happened — we'll replace it free of charge. No time limit. No fine print.

This isn't a warranty buried in legalese. It's a simple promise: if something goes wrong with your stand, reach out and we'll make it right. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.

What's Covered

  • Structural defects (cracking, warping, breakage)
  • Finish issues (peeling, bubbling, discoloration)
  • Hardware problems (magnets, mounting points)
  • Any manufacturing or material defect

What's Not Covered

  • Intentional damage or modifications
  • Normal wear and patina over time (that's character)

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? Not quite what you expected? No problem. You can return your stand within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've been using it.

We don't believe in making returns difficult. You don't need to keep the original packaging. You don't need a reason. If it's not working for you, we want to make it easy.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Products configured through our 3D stand builder are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. If your custom order arrives with a defect or quality issue, we will replace it free of charge under our lifetime guarantee.

How It Works

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Ship it back to us (customer covers return shipping)
  3. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

Want a different color or model? We're happy to swap it out. Same process — just let us know what you'd like instead when you reach out. We'll ship the new one as soon as we receive yours back.

If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund it.

Refund Details

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post it.
