Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders configured through our 3D stand builder may take an additional 2-3 business days to produce.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy
Not satisfied for any reason? Return your stand within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've been using it. No hoops to jump through.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Products configured through our 3D stand builder are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. If your custom order arrives with a defect, we will replace it free of charge under our lifetime guarantee.

How to Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- Ship it back to us (customer covers return shipping)
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the package at any USPS location
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, we cover everything — no cost to you.
Exchanges
Want a different color, size, or style? We're happy to exchange your item. Follow the same process as returns and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.
Price differences: If your exchange item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Every Whalebone stand comes with a lifetime guarantee. If your stand ever develops a defect or quality issue, we'll replace it free of charge — no time limit, no questions asked. We cover replacement and shipping.
What's covered:
- Structural defects
- Finish defects (peeling, cracking)
- Hardware failures (magnets, mounting systems)
What's not covered:
- Normal wear and patina
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Damage from improper cleaning or care
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll take care of you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll ship a replacement right away at no additional cost.
