Yes, every layout fits every stand. The 4", 8" and 12" options are the width of the shelf support under the keyboard, not a size limit. A full-size 104-key board sits on a 4" stand and overhangs the edges; an 8" or 12" shelf gives more contact and stability for heavy or wide boards. Each shelf is rated for 10 pounds.

A Classic 4-shelf stand is the direct answer: it holds four boards in a single upright column and is 4.0 by 6.5 by 9.2 inches at the 4" width. If you want them lower and easier to grab, the Angled 4-shelf is 4.0 by 10.6 by 12.5 inches. The Butterfly 4 holds two boards per level on both sides of a spine, 4.0 by 9.1 by 6.1 inches. Between 2 and 8. Curved and Angled start at 2 shelves, Classic and Flat start at 3, and Butterfly holds 4, 6 or 8 boards (two per level). Classic and Flat go up to 5 shelves, Angled and Curved to 4.
